Planning tools
Plan the move before you talk to anyone.
Five free calculators, and not one of them asks for your phone number or email. Every figure is a planning range from the same market-calibrated data our route pages use. Your exact price is put in writing after a video survey, the way federal rules require.
01 · Cost range wizard
What will the move run?
Three steps (where, what, when) and a planning range for your corridor, scoped to your home size and month. The same wizard that lives on our homepage.
02 · Home volume estimator
How big is your move, really?
Build your home room by room and watch the load take shape: cubic feet, planning weight, and the truck it fits in. Feed the result straight into the cost wizard above.

- Patio / outdoor
Pick a preset or add rooms to see your load size take shape.
Basis: the standard cube-sheet planning convention (~7 lb per cubic foot of household goods). Planning figures only. The video survey measures your actual shipment.

03 · Storage cost calculator
Need the load held between homes?
Storage by the vault, priced by the month. Between moves or storage only. Set your vaults and months and see the monthly band before anyone quotes you anything.

Storage by the vault · monthly planning band
How much are we storing?
Pick a home size, or set vaults and months, to see the monthly band.
Basis: a market-calibrated South Florida vault-storage band, priced per sq ft of vault floor per month on standard 7×5 ft wood vaults. Not a storage tariff: your storage plan is confirmed with your written price.
04 · Best-month explorer
When is the cheapest time to move?
The bottom of an interstate range holds steady all year. It’s the top that rises in national peak season. See the next twelve months for your corridor.
Best-month explorer
When the top of your range rises, and when it doesn't
Loading the next 12 months…
Basis: national peak moving season runs May through September, when most U.S. moves happen and published market pricing runs higher at the top of the band. Snowbird-season demand out of Florida is real, but there’s no evidenced price differential for it, so we don’t show one.
What none of the five calculators can tell you
Released value is the federal default: $0.60 a pound, by weight.
Everything loaded is on the inventory, and you hold a copy.
Storage in transit is a regulated hold: 30 to 90 days.
Stairs, long carries and shuttles are named on the estimate first.
05 · Box & materials estimator
What should you have before packing day?
Boxes by type, tape, paper, and mattress bags: a packing list sized to your rooms, so nothing surprises you the week of the move.

Basis: standard packing-convention counts per room. A planning list, not a priced menu. Boxes and materials are priced separately by box/roll unless bundled, and the video survey confirms actuals.
