What this website collects

Less than you’d expect. This site has no contact forms, no account sign-up, and no email capture. The planning calculators run entirely in your browser. Home sizes, routes, and dates you enter into them are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Like nearly every website, the infrastructure that serves these pages keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and operations.

Information you choose to send us

If you call, text, or email us, we receive what you share: typically your name, contact details, addresses, and information about your move. We use it to respond to you, to conduct the video or in-home survey, to prepare your written estimate, and to perform and document your move as federal and Florida regulations require.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We share it only as needed to perform your move (for example, with our insurer for a certificate of insurance your building requires), or where the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

Interstate moving records are kept as long as federal and state recordkeeping rules require. To ask what we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep, call (888) 309-3082.

If this site’s behavior changes (a contact form, analytics, online booking), this policy will be updated before that change goes live, and the date above will change with it.
