Pricing · every number we can show

The packages, the protection, and the fees nobody names until move day.

This page shows every figure we can put in front of you before a survey: package ranges, the valuation math, storage bands, add-on fees, and the two dials that move your number. What it can’t show is an exact price: federal rules require a survey, or your signed waiver, before one exists. That’s true of every mover; we’re just the ones saying it on the pricing page.

MM 01 Three ways to book

Three packages, one truck. The difference is who packs.

Weight × distanceEvery band on this page, rounded to $50

Same crew, same trailer, same federal paperwork. A package here is a scope decision, not a tier of care. Pick by who does the packing and whether the load pauses in the warehouse.

You pack the boxes

Loading & Linehaul

The base interstate move: you pack every carton before move day, the crew handles everything from the doorway on.

$3,400 to $5,6002BR household · Miami → New York · market planning band

Price this one first. It is the least expensive way to put a household on an interstate truck.

Loading & Linehaul

  • Door-to-door linehaul: pickup at one door, delivery at the other
  • Loading & unloading crews at both ends
  • A written inventory manifest you check at delivery, box by box
  • Released-value coverage at $0.60/lb, the federal minimum
  • A delivery window before we load

You handle: Every box packed, sealed, and labeled before the truck arrives.

The crew packs, then moves

Full Packing + Move

Everything in Loading & Linehaul, plus the packing itself: full or partial packing by the crew, custom crating for art, TVs, and stone.

$3,400 to $5,600+ packing, priced per item on the survey2BR household · Miami → New York · market planning band

Packing yourself is genuinely cheaper. Buy this for the liability math: what the crew packs, the crew answers for. A box you packed yourself is harder to claim on.

Full Packing + Move

  • Everything in Loading & Linehaul
  • Full or partial packing by the crew, with the materials
  • Dish packs and wardrobe boxes for the fragile and the hanging
  • Custom crating for art, TVs, and stone, priced per item on the survey

You handle: Pointing at what goes and what stays.

For the closing-date gap

Move + Storage Bundle

The same move with a pause in the middle: your shipment waits in sealed, inventoried wood vaults until your dates line up.

$3,400 to $5,600+ $100 to $190 / month stored · 3 vaults typical at this size2BR household · Miami → New York · market planning band

Built for the gap between a closing and a lease. Storage rides the same moving bill, not a second contract.

Move + Storage Bundle

  • Everything in Loading & Linehaul
  • Storage-in-transit between pickup and delivery, on one manifest
  • Shipment inventoried and sealed into 7×5-ft wood storage vaults
  • Back on a truck when your delivery date lands

You handle: Telling us when the new place is ready.

This is a planning range, not an estimate. Your exact price is put in writing after a video or in-home survey, as federal law requires. That written estimate is either binding or non-binding.

MM 02 If something breaks

Two protection levels ride on every interstate move.

One is the federal default and worth real money. The other is a legal floor that pays by the pound. The meters below are the same claim, measured both ways.

The legal floor

Released value: $0.60 per pound, per item

On every interstate move at no charge, because federal law mandates it. It pays by weight, not worth, and you only have it if you waive the default in writing.

25 lb × $0.60/lb $15

Call it what it is: a legal floor, not coverage.

Federal default

Full Value Protection

The mover repairs, replaces, or pays current market value for what’s damaged. This is the level of liability your move carries unless you sign it away. Waiving down to the $0.60/lb floor is the exception you opt into, not the standard.

$30,000 declared $300 to protect it

Common deductible tiers$0$250$500

For a full household crossing state lines, this is the option worth paying for.

Cost figures are the 2026 market band from FMCSA’s valuation guidance and industry cost surveys. The declared-value example assumes a 2-bedroom household at the ~$6/lb declared-value default, not our tariff. Ask for the exact Full Value Protection rate and deductible options on your survey call, and get them in writing.

MM 03 When dates don’t line up

Storage by the vault, priced by the month.

Between a closing and a lease there’s often a gap measured in weeks. Two ways to bridge it, one riding your moving bill and one standing alone, and both are measured in the same wooden box.

Rides the moving bill

Storage-in-transit, between pickup and delivery

The federally regulated 30 to 90 day window that keeps your shipment under the moving paperwork: same valuation choice, same claims process, one bill. Vault in/out handling is confirmed on the video survey. It’s not part of the monthly rent above.

The right tool for a closing-date gap.

Its own arrangement

Monthly warehouse, storage only

Past the storage-in-transit window, or without a move attached, storage becomes its own arrangement: the band above covers monthly vault rent only, and warehouse handling in and out is priced separately by the facility.

This is a planning range, not an estimate. Your exact price is put in writing after a video or in-home survey, as federal law requires. That written estimate is either binding or non-binding.

MM 04 The add-ons

The fee wall: every extra, priced before it happens.

Accessorial fees are legitimate. Discovering them at the curb is not. This is the full list, market-calibrated planning bands, not our tariff, at the ranges the market actually charges.

Every one of these is confirmed on the survey

Typical market add-on ranges, display only, not a priced menu, and not part of any package band above. The accessorials that actually apply to you are confirmed on the video survey and put on the written estimate before you book.

MM 05 The dials

What moves the number, and what doesn’t.

Weight, distance, season. Distance is fixed the day you pick a destination, so only two dials are really yours: what you move, and when you move it. Turn both.

What you move

Interstate pricing follows weight. This size plans at ~5,000 lb, the standard published convention.

When you move

Standard-season band. South Florida's own snowbird corridor runs October through April, but no evidenced price premium exists for it, so we don't invent one.

Ready when you are

Numbers first, phone call second. That order is the whole point.

You’re calling the licensed carrier, not a broker’s sales floor. Weekdays and weekends, out of Oakland Park, FL.

No name, no number, no email. The range shows first. That part you can test yourself in the next sixty seconds.
